Well, I just watched the Late News from Columbus, Ohio, and the Weather Forecast .... having a cup of hot tea to calm my nerves. I listened for almost 30 minutes, hanging on every word, just waiting for something ....... good, to be mentioned. There was none. One good item, they are hoping to extract a victim, in a car, in a multi car wreck, in Indiana, where I think 3 or 4 people were killed, and one has been trapped for a day or two, but, they are hoping to get them out ....... soon. That was the good news.
Skiing facilities are closing ...... due to warm weather ............... in Alaska. The news guy visited a restaurant in Columbus, and they went in to the meat cooler, to warm up, it was warmer than the outside temperature.
I am to have my left eye cataract worked on, Monday the 27th, I think it is. It may be our coldest day, with snow. Honestly, I NEVER said anything about it being a "cold day" .... etc., when I had someone work on my eye. Actually, it is getting pretty bad and I am trying to get in a "happy place" and not worry about it. I have had many operations and procedures, all of which I could just close my eyes and pray. Not this one.
Again, this is running through my head, often ...... "TIL THE STORM PASSES BY"
Listen to it, if we ever needed it, we need it now .....
