Did you know, the meat never touches the grill, it is put on a layer of onions and is steamed, that is the reason for the holes in the burger, and that same steam makes the buns warm and moist. Been eating them all my life. Still get hungry for them on occasions and get a bag of them. Have never been able to take an unopened bag home, always start eating them as soon as I get in the car .... generally get home with very few.
