Henri Schabnau, noted scientist and climatologist from Notau, France, in an address last evening to the Clinique Scientol, a prestigious fraternity of French Scientists in Paris, outlined his theory on the weather changes that are occurring throughout the world.
He indicated that his team had recognized a slowly developing pattern as far back as 1963. "Jean Claude Montel one of our team leaders came to me in late sixty three with a pattern that he had seen developing in its early stages, and compared his theory with weather conditions he had seen develop in Holland and other comparative areas."
"Windmill Generators, it is that simple. Prevailing winds have worldwide been from the North to the South. The Windmill Generators have always faced to the South. Now, there are so many of them that the normal 5.23 MPH currents have now escalated to 7.21, which is enough to have altered the Artic Bands to the point that they are being forced many miles South of their normal course. Thus, cold weather further South."
Schabanau ended his presentation with this statement, "The more Windmill Generators installed, the colder our Winters will be, it eess that simple."
