Dinner, you ask?

OMG ..... I put a corned beef on around 3, water, garlic, and the seasoning that comes with the beef. Let it cook for about 3 ..... three house ...... then put in a few red potatoes, and a cabbage, cut in about 1/2 inch lengths ........... not too thick ......... it cooked for an hour .... also some onions .............

Mad a sauce of sour cream and horseradish ........... OMG, it was soooooooo tender, as good as any I have ever made .... not even enough left over for sandwiches tomorrow, got the rye bread for nothing ........

Now, working a little Amaretto on the rocks ..... got some high school football on TV ... life is good .....
