I just showered, and, used soap, not body wash, etc., that I had been using for a long time, but soap, a bar of soap, Dial.
Our granddaughter is a "couponer" or whatever they are called. She occasionally brings us a "goody bag" full items she has gotten for free. This time, three bars of Dial .... it felt good using that bar. May get some Lifeboy, used that most of my life.
For many years, I used home made shampoo. Bill James, my Osage Indian, barber, friend, always had a gallon jug. In it, water, and Ivory soap. He would use his pocket knife and "whittle" a whole bar in to little pieces that would fit into the jug. It would get milky and gooey, but a great shampoo. He used it in his barber shops.
I need a little pad and a pen ... great ideas, I have, are soon forgotten. In the shower, great ideas for comment ..... and now ........... nothing.
