Surprise for New Yorkers.........

"Yes, hi Mister Mayoral Candidate Weiner, Bill James, UPI, do you have any plans on what you intend to do if you get elected Mayor of New York?"

"I sure do, Bill, going to be a big surprise for the citizens of this great metropolis, but plans are in the works to build a new City Hall Office Building, where my offices will be in the head, ah, or, er, at the top of the building, appropriate for the "head" man, don't you think, Bill?"

"I must admit, it is unique, do you have a name for it yet?"
