Born July 21, 1951 - Died August 11, 2014
Born in Chicago, Illinois, U.S.
Mork and Mindy, I think was the first I heard of Robin Williams, and then a movie where he was an Army DJ in Japan or Korea, or somewhere. Mork and Mindy, I don't think we had ever seen a comedian just like him. His time with Johnathan Winters was historic. two such comedic minds together had to keep a cast and an entire studio laughing.
He talked like we had never heard, said things that we had never heard and did some "visual" comedy that we had never seen, and now, will never see again.
Almost everything he participated in was historic, on the edge, unique, creative.
We visited Boulder Colorado and drove my the house used on the TV show. People kept stealing little pieces of the house and anything they could keep as a souvenir.
