People just don't get it ............

Got an email this morning - "Obama didn't really win the election"

REALLY! I think the truth is, "Obama was never going to lose the election"

All of that campaigning was just for show, and to get a couple of billion back in to the economy. It was a good "political play time" for the two parties, and to boost the ego of those other names on the ballot. Is there anything in this world more useless than Running for President as an Independent or any of the other "off beat" political parties that we have.

It keeps "We The People" thinking that they have a voice in the government and keeps peace in the land. Some think it may have been the last time that we will be given the opportunity to VOTE, and I am not so sure that is not true.

Did Obama really win, we will never know. The old golf saying, "You Drive for show and Putt for dough." We were all allowed to "Drive" to the polls for show. The "Putting" had already been determined.

What happened, when did it all get away from us? History repeating itself, and that "veil" is over our eyes and we never saw it coming.

“A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government.

It can only exist until the majority discovers it can vote itself
largess out of the public treasury.

After that, the majority always votes for the candidate
promising the most benefits
with the result the democracy collapses
because of the loose fiscal policy ensuing,
always to be followed by a dictatorship, then a monarchy.”
