I just don't understand

Explain this to me.

We really don't manufacture much anymore in this country, we buy it all from foreign countries, the WORLD's LARGEST retainler, Walmart, sells a ton of foreign goods, and we are losing manufacturing jobs at an alarming rate.

So then is the government going to pay EVERYONE so they can buy those foreign goods.

The government is going to pay everyone, so they can pay taxes, and give the money right back to the government so they can pay everyone so they can, etc., etc. Now if we use some of that money to buy products from China, how do we ever get any money back from China?
