Are they OFF, you bet ...............

An undisclosed source from the IRS office in Washington, D.C., disclosed that a high ranking official in the IRS is an avid sports fan. He recently blared out at a staff meeting, "Hey, they do it in football, why can't we do it here?"

After some discussion, about the rationale of having an "OFF" game during the season, both in the pros and in college, that they were, using a computer generated "randomizer," to select names of taxpayers, and award them an "OFF" year in which they do not have to pay any income taxes, and if it can be developed and proven, the same individuals would be reimbursed all appropriate tax money payed during their OFF year.

"It has certainly generated a lot of interest around here," one department head stated, "anything we can do to popularize taxes is a win win for us, and this should do it."

The program will start on Christmas day, 2013. Names will be announced on Twitter.
