Surely, it seemed like a good idea at the time. But as this unnamed American exchange student can now attest, climbing into a giant vagina sculpture probably won't end well.
The United Kingdom's Metro reports the young man took someone up on a dare to climb into Chacán-Pi, a large sculpture by a Peruvian artist intended to represent "the gateway to the world", according to the Guardian.
That led to 22 firefighters coming to his aid, managing to slide him out without injury to him or the sculpture.
The mayor of Tübingen was quoted in the Süddeutsche Zeitung expressing his confusion over how such a thing occurs, "even when considering the most extreme adolescent fantasies. To reward such a masterly achievement with the use of 22 firefighters almost pains my soul."
