Mid-Hudson residents line motorcade route as body of U.S. Army Sgt. Shawn M. Farrell II comes home to Accord

I don't know why this one really got to me, but it did. Apparently they REALLY turned out for him. Nice looking young guy, just seems so useless, maybe not, for the country and all. I know I was in the service, I never gave any thought to "Dying for my Country." I just wanted to do my four years and get out, which I did.

These "people lined processions" honoring these young heroes really get to me. I have been "teared up" since I started checking it out.

Well, these have a "Niagara Falls" effect on me.



His unit held a service for him also.

We have been burying our young men and women since this country came in to existence, I wonder why that has to be?
