Still WONDERING ... HOW do you CREATE jobs?

Every politician at every level states that he/she/it/they .... are going to Create Jobs. I am still wondering, how is that done.

I can see a company creating some new jobs in an expansion effort. I always thought that demand created jobs.

I think "creating" jobs is akin to creating "weather." It just can't be done.

"Here's 50 million dollars, create some jobs."
