Finally a thinking Judge has read the Obama Health Care Takeover plan and compared it to the U.S. Constitution. Guess what? It is NOT in there! You cannot find a single line, provision, article or amendment that gives the U.S. Congress or any branch of the federal government the authority to force EVERY single citizen to buy a specific product -- no matter HOW important that product may be.
And herein is the key. The federal government is forcing all citizens to purchase and/or participate in a transaction. The government is in control of the whole game and is dictating a plan that you must accept. You must meet their health coverage requirement SOLELY because they say so.
Finally a Judge has said -- NO! That kind of dictate is not a power enumerated to the federal government by the states that ratified the U.S. Constitution.
Since 1994 we have been battling together against the federal takeover of your health care.
