I, admittedly, am a worrier. I have always been a worrier. I worry about what happened today, I worry about the future.
I'm concerned that this event today, could be a precursor of events to come this Summer. They didn't play hockey in Boston tonight, all the future marathons around the country are double checking their security precautions. I imagine all the baseball games this Summer are going to be concerned.
I wonder why the president did not use the word terrorism today, when he spoke. This was an act of TERRORISM Mr. president, there is NO other word for it. You cannot look at this incident through "rose colored glasses." He misses no opportunity to appear that he is in command and running the country. At least he wasn't somewhere playing golf today.
I would imagine that ANY event, in the future, is going to be doubly concerned about some terrorist act, and security is going to be of primary importance.
How do we pray tonight? "Please dear God don't let me be blown up or wounded by a terrorist, don't let me be blown up at the Red's game, or at the beach, or at the parade."
