AND .... I was right ..........

I'm sorry, I am skeptical about TV and their relationship with sports because of all the BIG money involved. TV is the major contributor to sports, not the fans, TV and their advertisers.

When I first knew who the participants in last nights game were going to be, I predicted it would:
  1. Be a close game, decided in the fourth quarter to keep viewers paying attention.
  2. Green Bay would win because of the problems that Ben has had, GB had none of that.
Green Bay got out to a lead, because the Steelers made mistakes and were not playing their usual game. Then, Green Bay had some key injuries, which I question, and the Steelers came back in the second half. Even got rid of that four point difference so fans would stay tuned in, maybe an overtime game.

Where MILLIONS of dollars are involved, I am skeptical. And, early on, I predicted it. It was easy, what would the "networks" want, and that is what they got. In my opinion, you can thank Ben for the loss.

They, TV, originally wanted the Cowboys in the Super Bowl, their new stadium, "America's Team," but it just did not happen. Last year, New Orleans needed a "boost" because of all their problems, they got it, what other team was due, the old Green Bay Packers, let the trophy go back where it started.
