The Morning man, Bob Connors

The older I get, the more I realize how things have changed around me. It's Saturday morning, just sitting here and drinking coffee, and it dawned on me, no Bob Connors to listen to this morning. I used to turn on the radio every morning, but on Saturday I got all my "chores" done while listening to WTVN in Columbus, Ohio, and Bob was the morning guy. I guess I have listened to him for thirty years or more.

I met him a few times and chatted with him a little on Saturdays at the pregame show on Lane Avenue in Columbus, Ohio prior to an OSU football game. Bob was a big part of OSU football.

As they, whoever "they" are, say, "You don't miss the water till the well runs dry."
