Yesterday, on the news, they showed all the gear that they had ready for the next Pope, which included a pair of red shoes, caps, or whatever they are called. How did they know the correct size. I wonder if all the Popes have had the same size feet? Maybe that is how they determine the next Pope.
"All shoe size tens, raise your hands. OK, now, hat size, great, just one or two more, coat size?"
It all boils down to who fits the clothes they have ready. So really, the Popes valet, decides who the next Pope is to be by the clothes he gets ready.
ROME -- Black smoke poured from a chimney at the Vatican's Sistine Chapel late Tuesday, signaling that a new pope was not elected in the first round of voting by a conclave of cardinals.
The 115 cardinals will reconvene Wednesday and are schedule to hold four votes each day until two-thirds of their ballots bear the name of the same man.
No new pope was no surprise -- a pope has not been elected on the first ballot in centuries.
