It looks like 2011 came in without my help. It was raining when I went to bed in 2010 and it is raining in Ohio when I got up a year later in 2011. Caleb, our dog, woke me up at midnight last night. Apparently, somewhere in our apartment complex someone was celebrating, made too much noise, and Caleb barked at the stroke of midnight, I woke up, looked at the clock by my bed, 12:00, rolled over and went back to sleep.
Someone once said, "New Years is every man's birthday."
A clean slate, the past is forgotten, a new beginning, I can do all the things this year that I didn't do last year.
Well, today there is a lot of football to watch, a lot of leftovers to eat, some basketball to watch, so will work on my resolutions tomorrow.
