Almost every day, we see a bank robbery in Columbus, Ohio.
"Can you identify this man?"
Then we see a blurry photograph that is impossible to distinguish. Banks, with all the money they have, should be able to get better cameras. They must be buying security systems from China, no, China would have better equipment. Maybe they are buying them from "Senor Security" who has an office in Tijuana, Mexico, and getting them at a sale price.
I would think they would want as high a quality image as possible. In this day of high technology they seem to be using a system that is 30 years old.
"Well, I think it was a human, though, could have been from another planet, I'm just not sure, the picture was really blurry, and well, maybe he had a "hoodie" on backwards, just not sure. How much was that reward?
Thomas Jefferson said in 1802: "I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies."
