Not far from us, we pass them daily, are a number of duplex'es. One, on the corner, both sides have neatly manicured lawns, well kept units. With the exception ... dividing the driveway is a small island of dirt, all have flowers and manicured well, except the one on the corner. It is overgrown with tall weeds, etc. But, the adjacent units are neat and tidy. Always makes me wonder, why? I imagine it is "common" property, maybe the landlord is to take care of the area, but none of the other units have a problem, just the one. Makes me wonder .....
