Ohio State tribute to the Navy Team

At The Ohio State University stadium on Saturday, as a tribute to our men and women who serve and to the Navy football team, there is a fan based movement underway to honor the Midshipmen.

When the Navy football team takes the field on opening day, the plan is for everyone in Ohio Stadium to stand and cheer. And no, we’re not talking polite golf clap here, to make it just as big as if it were the Buckeyes coming out across the field.

This movement was conceived by a Michigan graduate, Class of '99, who works in the OSU athletic department as an English Interpreter.
