Use a Throwaway Email address when responding to telemarketing or marketing web sites.
Keep your family Email secret and it should contain combinations of characters that are un-guessable by the Dictionary attacks people use to extract your Email for spamming and other things.
Put your home network on a router. A simple consumer router like a Netgear or other WEB SAFE router is all you need to protect your home network.
Never click on attachments you get in your Email, not even if it comes from someone you know. If you DO get an attachment from someone you know, then call or Email them and ask if they sent you the attachment.

He got the Captain Crunch by way of a little whistle, horn, or something, that came in a box of Captain Crunch cereal. I don't understand it all, but if you were using long distance on the phone, and used the whistle, it would somehow keep the line open so you could call anyone, everyone, endlessly, for no charge. As I recall the phone company had him imprisoned, but they wished they had hired him, he told the world how to do it, and it cost them, dearly.
