It Will Work ............

A health update, which I occasionally do, and the reason, I have a calcium thing at the base of my spine, another one upper neck, and occasional dizziness and a few other ailments that are natural for my age. But, today I am turning that all around, I am going to start on a dosage of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with honey, in a glass of water, twice a day. I am doing a progress report here, to keep reminding myself to do it.

Many years ago, my Dad, the Doctor, had a bad case of hiccups. Someone gave him a book on folk medicine and of course, being an MD he scoffed at it. The cure, apple cider vinegar and water. He reluctantly drank it, skeptical, but, the hiccups stopped.

I read most of the book and have, on appropriate occasions, taken some, honey and some other recommendations in the book.

I am on my way to the store, I have seen the Braggs on their shelf. The Braggs is a cloudy liquid and has all the good stuff in it. Regular stuff does not, it is clear.

I'm on my way, feeling better already, just thinking about it.

My first one on Wasps

It was a beautiful morning in Ohio this morning. Sat on the porch enjoying the nice morning air. Just enough breeze to be pleasant. A family of wasps live under some wooden pieces that make up our railing. When they get too bad, I spray, and that is the end of them till the next summer. I started thinking, why do we have wasps?

I don't think they are productive, they don't make honey, or anything like that. Not sure what they eat, or what they do, other than fly around and harass humans. Then, it dawned on me, they are like terrorists, they frighten by intimidation, and they can back it up with their stinger, if necessary.

"Oh, there's a wasp!? They threaten by just being there, much like certain ethnic groups and their attire, "Oh, he must be a terrorist," only by his attire.

I do wonder, though, what is the purpose of a wasp? When we see one, we run. Maybe we just need the exercise. Is God smart, or what?
