One more quickie .........

I am watching a Ladies Softball game, Tennessee and Texas A&M.

What in the hell, I'm sorry, the Tennessee pitcher, peering in to the dugout, and then having to check that "cuff" thing on her arm. How many signals does she need? How did they get by all these years not doing that. Why is it necessary, after ALL these years do they have to do that.

The A&M pitcher gets hers from the catcher, who probably get hers from the dugout.

WHY does everything have to change so much?
