Which one is right?

Wal-Mart to use more self-checkout lanes

Notice that in the same article they use Wal-Mart and Walmart. If this was a "release" from the store, then they are not sure which one is right. It says something about the store, just not sure what. I was under the impression it was now Walmart. Maybe Reuters didn't get the word. In Ohio, many don't know it is The Ohio State University, to them it is still Ohio State University.
