What does the head chef do at Domino's

Does anyone, besides me, wonder what the Head Chef did at Domino's for almost 30 years. It had to be a great job. The apparently used the same crust and sauce for all those years, no changes, until recently, so what did he do?

I find it strange that in all those years, they never asked anyone how they liked their pizza. Maybe they had a lot of sauce and dough to use up, and didn't want to know.

It has to be a great job though, Head Chef in a pizza joint. I just don't know what the guy does after the first day.

I wonder if Heinz has a Head Chef?
