When you have a quiet, unhurried moment, play and listen to this song. It was recorded in New York, firemen in attendance, policemen in attendance, still in shock from the disaster on 9/11.

I have heard this done by other GVB combinations, but I know this one draws the most tears from me. Listen to it all, Guy Penrod comes in near the end, and then, the one and only David Phelps hits that high note and sends my arms to the ceiling. I have met David Phelps, he has an uncommon voice, to me, he is the Babe Ruth of tenors, he is a home run hitter.

He left the GVB for a while, and during his absence they never tried to sing this song, only  David could do it justice. This should get your Red, White and Blue blood flowing .............
