Did you ever get to the point where ..... "getting Up" was a major decision? I have spent three glorious hours sitting on the front porch, with my friends, "gilbeys and tonic." A glorious time. The sun is beating down, the temperature is perfect, and the surroundings, oh, there are no surroundings, just me, on the porch.
Well, sitting there, I am listening to a couple of phone calls, on cell phones. One lady in the parking lot is talking on hers, and a neighbor is talking on hers. YO just gotta love cell phones.
The school kids are getting off the buses, love that, takes me back many years.
I have a "bee" friend, I think it is the Juniper in the gin. He is not aggressive, just, interested. He omes and he goes, we seem to have come to an agreement of some kind.
What a gorgeous day that He has given us.
I have talked with my daughter in New York, she loves me. I hate distance. I would like to spend more time with her. Yesterday was her birthday. She was born in San Diego, the offspring of two children, who nothing of bring up a baby. But we did. A tribute to Him, and the innate qualities that he has given us. We knew nothing, but brought a child into the world, and she has lived to be a beautiful, successful, adult. Thanks to Him, not his immature parents.
