Commercials, love 'em or leave 'em

I have had a number of things and happenings in my life that I found "irritating." The amount of irritation varied from a lot to a little. I have had some friends that irritated me, my wife has, my children certainly have at one time or another. I have had unreasonable customers irritate me, my Dad irritated me when he wouldn't let me have the car, many years ago. My Mom irritated me when she wouldn't let me go out and play, also, many years ago.

I have looked back over all those irritating moments in my life, things that have really irritated me, and, there is a new leader.

Commercials on my computer that precede presentations on YouTube. I hit "play" on a nice, inspirational gospel song, and get, a beer commercial. For their information, I bought a little notebook at Walmart, and I make notations in it, I list those commercials, and then, NEVER purchase their product or use their services. In my case, the INTERRUPTION on MY computer has a reverse effect.

Next to the commercials come "Pop-ups." I hate them also, almost as much.

I feel I see enough commercials watch TV, which is one   l   o   n   g   commercial, occasionally interrupted by some inane, immature, questionable entertainment, and I use that term, well I guess it really isn't.

I was watching an infomercial the other day, which basically is a 30 minute commercial, and during that 30 minute commercial, there were commercials. How ironic is that?

Advertising is what makes the world turn, it has formed our country, determines what we buy and how we live, what we drive and where we drive to.
