George Zimmerman is taken into custody after 'threatening wife with gun and punching her father in the nose after she confronted him over claims he was having an AFFAIR'

Fears: Shellie said that Zimmerman was in his truck (pictured bottom), threatening to shoot her and her father. She added that he had punched her father in the nose, possibly breaking it

Shellie Zimmerman called police to her parents' house in Lake Mary, Florida on Monday afternoon, claiming he had hit her dad in the nose

Friends said altercation began over claims he cheated with his ex-fiancee
Shellie's 911 call: 'I'm really, really afraid. I don't know what he's capable of'
But both she and her father refuse to press charges
Altercation comes just days after Shellie Zimmerman filed for divorce claiming that their marriage was 'irretrievably broken'

Shellie Zimmerman called police at 2pm on Monday, claiming George Zimmerman was at the Lake Mary, Florida home belonging to her parents, David and Machelle Dean.

On a 911 call, she is heard sobbing and pleading with police, claiming that her estranged husband punched her father in the nose and threatened to shoot them.

Zimmerman was seen in a wooded area behind the house as he was questioned but he has not been arrested.

It comes just days after she filed for divorce, claiming that their marriage was 'irretrievably broken' following the murder trial.

Last week, he was pulled over for speeding for a second time since his acquittal and Shellie said he thought he was invincible.
